This Cancellation Policy applies to all transportation services booked with Zee Travel Tours. All bookings are time- and date-specific, and cancellation terms apply as outlined below.

Cancellation Notice

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to tourswithzee@gmail.com The time and date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine eligibility.

Standard Cancellations

• 48 hours or more before scheduled pickup:
  May be eligible for a full or partial refund, at our discretion.
• Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup:
  Non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations:
  Non-refundable.

No-Shows

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location at the confirmed time, without prior notice, will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the booking amount.

Special Events

Bookings for special events including but not limited to weddings, proms, concerts, holidays, and major events are strictly non-refundable, regardless of notice period.

Hourly & Long-Distance Services

Hourly bookings and long-distance or interstate trips may be subject to stricter cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank or payment processor timelines.

Force Majeure

Cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control are governed by our Force Majeure Policy and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

By placing a booking with Zee Travel Tours, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

A reservation is considered confirmed only when:

• All required booking details are provided, and
• Payment is successfully received, and
• A booking confirmation is issued by Zee Travel Tours.

Required Booking Information

To process a booking, clients may be required to provide:

• Full name and contact details
• Pickup date, time, and location
• Drop-off location or itinerary
• Number of passengers
• Luggage details
• Flight details (for airport transfers)
• Event details (for weddings, proms, or special events)

Clients are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete. Zee Travel Tours is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Vehicle Selection & Assignment

Vehicle selection is based on:

• Passenger count
• Luggage requirements
• Service type
• Availability at the time of booking

While we strive to provide the requested vehicle, Zee Travel Tours reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity if required for operational or safety reasons.

Payment Terms

Advance payment is required to secure all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Other approved electronic payment methods

Payment confirms the reservation of the vehicle, chauffeur, and scheduled service time.

Pricing & Charges

Pricing may be based on:

• Point-to-point service
• Hourly service
• Flat-rate service
• Long-distance or interstate travel

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extended service time
• Waiting time beyond the included grace period
• Additional stops or itinerary changes
• Special requests
• Tolls, parking, or venue access fees

All applicable charges will be disclosed at the time of booking or added where services are extended or modified.

Airport Transfers

For airport services:

• Accurate flight information must be provided
• Pickup times may be adjusted based on real-time flight status
• Zee Travel Tours is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, baggage handling, customs, or airport operations

Waiting time policies may vary depending on service type.

Special Events & Hourly Bookings

Bookings for special events (including weddings, proms, concerts, holidays, and major events) and hourly services may be subject to:

• Minimum booking hours
• Special pricing
• Strict payment and cancellation terms

These details will be communicated at the time of booking.

Changes & Modifications

Requests to modify a booking (date, time, pickup location, itinerary, or vehicle type):

• Must be requested as early as possible
• Are subject to availability
• Are not guaranteed
• May result in additional charges

Changes are valid only after confirmation by Zee Travel Tours.

No-Shows & Delays

• Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without notice may be considered a no-show
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount
• Delays caused by passengers may result in additional charges or service modification

Right to Refuse or Cancel Booking

Zee Travel Tours reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel a booking in cases including but not limited to:

• Safety concerns
• Non-payment or payment issues
• Inaccurate booking information
• Violation of company policies

Acknowledgment

By placing a booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

• Transportation services are time- and date-specific
• Payments secure availability and resources
• Additional policies including Cancellation, Refund, Safety, Damage/Cleaning, and Force Majeure apply

Vehicle Safety & Maintenance

All vehicles operated by Zee Travel Tours are:

• Cleaned and checked before each scheduled service
• Equipped with required safety features and properly functioning systems

Any vehicle that does not meet our safety standards is removed from service until issues are resolved.

Chauffeur Standards

Our chauffeurs are required to:

• Hold valid and appropriate driver licenses
• Meet experience and eligibility requirements under applicable laws
• Follow all traffic laws and transportation regulations
• Operate vehicles in a professional, defensive, and responsible manner
• Refrain from using mobile devices or engaging in distracted driving while operating a vehicle

Chauffeurs are trained to prioritize passenger safety over schedule or convenience.

Passenger Safety Responsibilities

For the safety of all passengers:

• Seat belts must be worn at all times where available
• Standing, leaning out of windows, or unsafe movement inside the vehicle is not permitted
• Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited
• Smoking is not permitted inside any vehicle

Zee Travel Tours reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behavior poses a safety risk.

Alcohol & Conduct Policy

If alcohol is permitted as part of a service:

• Passengers must comply with all applicable laws
• Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
• Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated

The chauffeur may end the trip if passenger conduct compromises safety.

Weather & Road Conditions

Safety decisions take priority over schedules. In cases of:

• Severe weather
• Unsafe road conditions
• Road closures or emergencies

Zee Travel Tours may delay, modify, or cancel services to ensure passenger and driver safety.

Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency:

• Chauffeurs are instructed to follow safety protocols and contact emergency services when necessary
• Passengers must follow chauffeur instructions designed to protect safety

Zee Travel Tours is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by emergency situations beyond our control.

Vehicle Capacity & Luggage

• Passenger and luggage limits must not be exceeded
• Overloading a vehicle is not permitted under any circumstances

Failure to comply may result in service modification or cancellation for safety reasons.

COVID-19 & Health Considerations

We follow applicable health and safety guidelines issued by relevant authorities. Passengers are encouraged to make informed decisions regarding personal health and travel.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Zee Travel Tours reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Safety rules are violated
• Passenger behavior is unsafe or unlawful
• Conditions pose a risk to passengers, chauffeurs, or the public

Such actions are taken solely in the interest of safety.
