Refund policy

Zee Travel Tours provides chauffeured transportation services only and does not sell or ship physical goods. Refunds apply solely to transportation services and are governed by this Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is based on:

  • Timing of cancellation
  • Type of service booked
  • Compliance with company policies

Refunds are not automatic and are issued only when eligibility criteria are met.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours)
  • Same-day cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Special event bookings
  • Passenger delays or failure to be ready at pickup time
  • Traffic conditions, road closures, or weather-related delays
  • Airline delays, baggage delays, or customs issues
  • Unused portions of a completed service

Service-Related Issues

If a refund request is submitted due to a service issue directly caused by Zee Travel Tours, the matter will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Typical processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Bank or payment processor timelines may vary

Additional Charges

Any additional charges incurred during service, including but not limited to:

  • Waiting time
  • Extra stops
  • Overtime
  • Damage or cleaning fees

are non-refundable.

Acknowledgment

By submitting payment and confirming a booking, you acknowledge that:

  • Transportation services are non-tangible and time-specific
  • Refunds are subject to policy terms
  • This Refund Policy applies to all services

Return Policy

Zee Travel Tours provides chauffeured transportation services, which are intangible, time-based services. As a result, traditional returns do not apply.

Once a transportation service has been scheduled or completed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed in the same manner as physical goods. Vehicles, chauffeurs, and service time are reserved specifically for each booking.

Non-Returnable Services

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Completed transportation services
  • Unused portions of a scheduled service
  • No-show bookings
  • Special event transportation
  • Hourly or long-distance services once service time has begun

Service Review Instead of Return

If a client believes a service issue occurred that was directly caused by Zee Travel Tours, the matter may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any resolution, including partial refund or credit, is handled under the Refund Policy, not as a return.

Clarification

This Return Policy exists solely to clarify that transportation services are not physical goods and are therefore non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

Zee Travel Tours provides pre-booked, time- and date-specific chauffeured transportation services. Once a reservation is confirmed, the requested vehicle and chauffeur are reserved exclusively for the client and are removed from availability for others.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to tourswithzee@gmail.com. The date and time we receive the cancellation request will determine eligibility.

Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time
    May be eligible for a full or partial refund, at our discretion, depending on service type and scheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
    Are non-refundable, as resources have already been allocated.
  • Same-day cancellations
    Are non-refundable.

No-Shows

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location at the confirmed time, without prior notice, will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.

Special Events

Bookings for special events including, but not limited to:

  • Weddings
  • Proms
  • Concerts
  • Holidays
  • Major sporting or public events

are strictly non-refundable, regardless of notice period. These bookings require advance scheduling and dedicated resources.

Hourly & Long-Distance Services

Hourly services and long-distance or interstate trips may be subject to additional or stricter cancellation terms, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Service Modifications

Requests to reschedule or modify a booking are subject to availability and may not be treated as a cancellation. Additional charges may apply.

Force Majeure

Cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control are governed by our Force Majeure Policy and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Acknowledgment

By placing a booking with Zee Travel Tours, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
